Question wheels and tires

Does anybody know where I can get a good deal on tires and wheels online or in south Texas? I want wheels for my 2001 prizm, but I don't know if I should get 16in. or 17in. wheels. Can anybody tell me if there is a significant difference in ride comfort between this two (16 or 17)?

Hey man, thanks for the info. The only problem is that I'm using a Sega Dreamcast to go online, so I cannot receive pics in my e-mail, but e-mail me at "[email protected]" if you have more info. I would really like to see those pics.
