Nice work. Can you get some pictures in daylight, to show some more detail?

That, the Xsara, and a few of the older kits (A Lancia Delta S4, a 'yellow' 205 T16, and the '00 Impreza) are the only ones of the whole Heller 1/43 collection I don't have yet. I even have the Dakar-winning Relault wagon from the early 80s.

PS: I have found a couple of products that should work well for making roll-cages for these cars.

One is stem wrapping wire from craft stores. Mine is a hair over 1mm, 18 gauge I think. It bends easily but holds it's shape, is inexpensive, and works great as an insert in larger tubing for other projects.

The other item should work great: It's butyrate-coated wire from Plastruct. It is 3/64" OD, about 1.18mm, which is dead-on perfect for 1/43rd scale, and the wire helps it bend but hold the bend without requiring heat. You can also use cement to bond straight pieces of butyrate in place for a secure, yet workable bond.

basically it is a good heller kit!
i did an 03 206 and a BMW before, but both have some mounding errors...
this is the best kit i had~~(some luck i tihnk~^_^")

decals are not as good as the 03 206, but the kit is good enoguh for a 1:43 kit in terms of detials!
i was lazy when building this impreza, so i did not detail it up in the cockpit~

the only problem on this kit is that the front light is mounded on the body. so we really need to mask off the body it when them sprayed into black.
and difficulties come to the rear wing as well. the position is quite hard to determind when pasting it on the body. and of course, the small size make it hard to spray too~ what i did was assemble the entire wing and sprayed it, decaled it, and finally assmeble to the body.

these are my experience, hope they help!

thank you SteveK2003! i did modified the rollcage once in my previuos 206 wrc. it was hard as i did it with plastic rodes. i was wondering if i can get those material you mentioned in hong kong. but i will try. thank you!!

the heller kits are cool~
you don't really need to spend much to build it. and the result is very promising(excpet for some 1:43 mounding limitations).
but it is already much more "economical" then those resin kits~
