Greddy Turbo timer qestions
i had a Full automatic turbo timer from greddy, the black one....It worked for about 8 months then just stopped working so i have two questions.
Could mis-wiring burn it out after working for that long or is it a defect? Second....it does not play the little "music" like the instructions say it should and it does not turn red when counting down. But it does count down and shuts the car off still(it did this with the first one too)....so is this ok? I have a new one and i dont want to hook it up until i know whether is the wiring that i did wrong or its just a malfunctioning piece... get back to me with anyinformation you guess can thanks by the way its a 98 gsr...thanks..

If ur timer fried and it didn't play music like it was supposed to, that sounds like a wiring problem to me. Check your wiring before assuming its even fried, maybe something is just loose.

Re: Greddy Turbo timer qestions
all the music is, is a series of "beeps". nothing more. during countdown mode, it should alternate between red and blue, every second, with a beep per second. are you sure you have the wiring harness connected right? I have not heard of a timer frying like that.
