Repacking Front Axle Bearings on 86 S-10 Blazer

I was just underneath my 86 S-10 Blazer which has 191,000 + and I noticed that there was grease emitting from the rubber boots on the 4 WD axles. Is this something I can repair myself, or is it a shop item?
Thanks to the posters who advised me on how to fix the leaks on the front differential and the heater blower problem.

Thanks in advance!
