Question Ignition Switch Wiring

I am trying to install a remote starter on my 2000 C/K 2500 pu. Can anyone tell me what color the #1 ignition wire is coming off the ignition switch? Or better yet, where can I find a ignition switch wiring diagram? This is a Ready-remote remote starter. I'v already intalled the universal anti theft by-pass unit and relays to to create the #3 ignition wire needed for the remote starter but it still won't work. I suspect the #1 ignition wire is not connected to the correct wire off the ignition switch.

Thanks,
Bob Mayott

Re: Ignition Switch Wiring

Your best bet would be to get a repair manual for your truck.

Re: Ignition Switch Wiring

Ignition 1 and 2 should be a pink wire and a white wire. There is usually a negative output on remote starts for the VATS bypass modules
