6 way power passenger seat?

I am slowly working through this and think I want to drive a 2003. They seemed to have made some nice changes in that year and most of the posts here are pre 2003, although the 2004 with the bucking tranny doesn't sound so good.

I want to go out tomorrow to drive one, it is a good drive and we are suppose to get a snow storm tomorrow afternoon, so I don't want to get stuck in that if I don't have to. So save me a trip, if you will. Recently I checked out a Ford 500, we would probably go more for the 3.5 Zephyr but I thought it was worth a look. I had read it had a 4 way power seat, I am thinking back and forth up and down, but I was wrong back and forth and the back was adjustable. My big problem with almost every car especially ones with decent performance is that they are not very comfortable. What does 6 way power seat mean to the designers of the LS? Almost 100% of the time the passenger seat is where I am, so this is quite important to me.

Thanks for your help

Re: 6 way power passenger seat?

In 2000, it's recline fore/aft, seat up/dn (no tilt), and lumbar in/out. Most folks compliment the LS seats for their comfort... In 2003 you also have the larger center armrest and heated/cooled option, which is a must-have once experienced
