bought an accord with the same problem once. called the local lock smith, took the car to him and hand filed a new key to fit. it was $10 for his time and $1-2 for the key
edit: what is the roof rack (bike or board) for and how much you want?

i believe its board, where you live at?, cuz its really my dads car right now and it wont be mine untill june
 . if it was mine i'd just give them to you for the price of shipping
