Should I beef up my tranny

So far my 02 3.4L Tacoma has been modified with a K&N FIPK, JBA shorty headers and a Raven performance exhaust. Since these upgrades I think my tranny my be falling short in the performance area, do I need to upgrade any part on my drive train to keep these ponies on the ground. In the near future I plan on adding a TRD supercharger and 7th injector, Jet ECU mod and some traction bars. If anyone can give me some help on what I may need to do to not destroy my transmission please let me know. Latsly would it be good to buy an engine management system after I finish my upgrades, so I can alter my A/F ratio??? Let me know. Thanks and how many horses will I be looking at after all of this
