stripping body
Hi
does anyone have an easy way if stripping the body of all its parts without breaking them? and do you use brake fluid to strip the paint? thanks Nathan |

If you mean stripping the paint off, there are lots of options:
oven cleaner CSC brake fluid 91% isopropal alcohol Easy-lift Off All basically involve soaking the body until the paint crinkles or starts to dissolve, then you scrub into the crevaces with a toothbrush or similar. As most are caustic you'll need to wear gloves. Some will affect the plastic to a greater or lesser degree, so only soak as long as needed. |
