1998 740il buying advice

I will be looking at a 740iL on Monday with 100K on it. The owner says it is in good condition. The asking price is $10,500, which seems like a bargin. So I'm a little concerned on what to look for. I do nearly all my own work and am reconditioning an 83 528e, so not too concerned about normal maintenance work (brakes, sensors, water pump, ignition parts, fuel pump, etc).

So what big things should I look for, or be cautious about concerning this car?
