Re: Help me identify this car PLEASE- 1970
maybe its a hurst, although it would probably have badges, i know in the late 60's and earily 70's they did put 455's in some of the cutlass' but i think mostly in hursts.

Re: Help me identify this car PLEASE- 1970
the rallye 350 was only produced with the 350. sorry to say but I think youve been dooped. the hurst that had been released came with a larger engine yes, but they also had al the badges and paint to prove it. plus they wouldn't use a rallye cause that was already supposed to be a performance vehicle. Is the car atleast in nice shape? there are also a lot of 442 registries that could probably help you with the vin, and body trim tag and engine codes

Re: Help me identify this car PLEASE- 1970
Thanks for everyones help. Codes and build sheet indicate this car was built with a 455. It is very rare. There were less of these cars produced than the W31 car. It appears to be a dealer special order. Built in the Lansing plant.
