CC/header questions..

will a catalytic converter thats for a 99-00 honda civic EX work for a 99 civic LX? And will a header thats for a 99-00 civic ex work for a 99 civic lx?

Yes and no.
The header will fit on the LX engine, and the cat will fit on the header.... but from the cat back, you'll need someone to cut off part of the mid pipe on the LX exhaust and weld it (or a connecting flange) to the cat, because it's the wrong length and has the wrong end to connect to the cat.
Or you can keep the trend going and get a 99ex exhaust too... it'll hang up there with no problem, as well. And then there wont be any need for cutting or welding.

Well I already have a custom exhaust, so I guess I'll just get it welded. Thank you for the information
