98 Power steering leak

bought a 98 windstar in Dec/04 power steering fliud was going down in pump, fill it up twice in 2 weeks, saw no fluid on ground, return it to the dealer, they replaced some seals in it and added some stop leak from ford, that night a hose line split on it, they replaced the line, 2 weeks later still looseing fluid went back in and they replaced the rack, that was last week today feb 18/05 another line let go. question could the pump be putting out to much pressure causing it to find the weak spots
and leaking ? so far the used car dealer as done all the repair under there warranity and have let us use a loaner car when it's been over the weekend down for repairs.
