how much money and knowledge needed for a gsr swap?

now i have gotten some quotes from shops about full gsr swaps but i would like to do it myself. I know one or two people who have done it before that can help. One friend that has the supposed impossible hybrid of a h23 in a 4th gen. Also i have a competent knowledge and can pick stuff up. So how much would we be talking for the whole thing do you think? and has anyone seen these JDM swaps on ebay. garanteed to have 30,000 miles on them. Wouldnt it be better to be iin the presence of a swap first. and do all the 94-2000 integra gsr's make 170 HP?

If you havent done a swap before or helped anyone, dont attempt to do it alone its hard if you no shit about cars, and being a fast learner aint good enough you need experience, i suggest get a friend who is a mechanic or , let a shop do the swap.
