buying advice
i am buying a 240 it a 1996 with 150,000 miles for 5000 the dealer said he would take a some money off for a cash buy:alien: the only problem its a auto
 i am planing a motor swap so it dosent matter

That's way high mileage...I think you should try to talk them down on the price or just move on and find one stick w/less miles and cheaper...it can be done!
As for it being auto...as long as you dont mind having to drive auto...and you INDEED will do a motor swap...then I guess it's ok...but I wouldnt do it. Remember if you do the motor swap you will need a different driveshaft, a clutch pedal and other things...so your best bet is NOT to get the auto just b/c it further complicates things. :bandit:
