can no one can give me some sites or possibilities of the cheapest dealer?
ANY info helps me 'cause shipping to hawaii kills the wallet....ten dollar differences would even help.

honestly man, it's NOT WORTH IT.

we're talking, what, ~5hp here?

The NA mkI is much like the 2nd gen NA... if the buyer wanted power, they'd buy the sc/turbo model.

There's little engine aftermarket for the NA, especially peices worth the money spent.

If you want more fun out of you mkI, work on it's suspension

I seen a few people with that swap and it really puts out. Two things though.... How much would the weight of the car increase due to the larger engine? and how much does a stock Mk1 weght??

Re: 1st gen header

stock mk1 is only 23hundred but it only puts out 160 stock so for an aprox. 3 hundred more lbs you would feel alot of difference being that the car is still under 3grand...
the thing is im working on building up a supra right now and i want to use my mk1 as a daily driver but also hand some people their asses on the weekends so im looking for the least expensive parts right now because my car keeps melting the damn shifting cable. the guy i bought it from wasnt that bright.
