will a 94 es300 engine fit in 92 es300????

Hey all

Does any one know if a 1994 es300 engine will fit in a 1992 es300? I have a blown head gasket and am thinking of just getting another engine.

Just match the engine numbers. It should be a 3VZ-FE v6 3.0L
