ahh deck stopped working... help!

ok so i drove my car earlier today and everything was fine. i hooked up a different amp almost the same except its only 2 channel instead of 4. i figured it might be a little better. then as i was leaving my house my deck lighted up but the screen was black. i have a JVC touchscreen deck so it kinda sucked. i heard music but no screen. so i pulled over and turned off my car and turned it back on. now nothing at all. no power to the deck. i pulled it out and as i was doin that some of the wires touched or something and i saw and heard a spark. some of the wires got pulled out of the connecters too. so i replaced them and still nothing changed. then i put a new fuse in the back of the deck... still nothing... then i replaced my fuse under my dash labeled "radio" and still no power to my deck at all. im out of ideas can someone suggest something?

Re: ahh deck stopped working... help!

I know when I use my car charger for my cell phone, it will blow the fuse for the cigarette lighter. Dont ask me what it has to do with the radio, but then the radio dosent work. You might try testing ALL of your fuses to see if any others are blown.....
