Good news to explorer owner

I own a brandnew 2000 expedition eddie bauer. I upgrade to diablosport computer chip running 92 oct gas. With 40k miles so far, the truck is running awesome.

A deal just came by and I got a 96 explorer XLT V8 with 220k miles for $1400. The engine is smooth and acceleration is nice. I want to see how far can Ford V8 goes.

This 96 explorer seller has a friend who also own an identical explorer. I looked at his speedometer and it is reading 350k miles....

DAMN.... This is so amazing... I use to only drive tacoma, datsun

Ford trucks will last for a long time if taken care of properly.
My dad had an expedition that had 280K on it, and it still ran perfectly. The only reason he got a new car was because someone ran into him, and it wasn't worth the money fixing it.
