Illinois Law

I dunno if anyone would know this but... I have a question.

I got a moving violation July 2000, then another June 2001... Can I apply for the probation if I get another ticket after June 2002 and before June 2003??

The letter from the secretary of state that I got says I can't get another ticket before June 2003 otherwise suspension.... But they didn't say anything about whether I can choose the probation option

with the probation option the ticket doesn't go on your record unless you get another within 6 months....

Can anyone help me answer this???

Well as far as i know...its up to the judge. IT is called a supervision. If that letter says u can't get a ticket before that set date then ur on a supervision. Trust me i know this...
