Type r cams in Gsr

Hi,

Im planning on doing a cam upgrade on my gsr. Right now i have an aem cai, comptech catback exhaust and a DC 4-1 (not jdm). I`ve already decided that i`m gonna install a type r intake cam with valvesprings and adjustable cam gears. Is it worth it to also install the type r exhaust camī, I`ve heard that almost all the power gain in a type r cam set comes from the intake cam and that it wouldnt be worth it.

Re: Type r cams in Gsr

yea if your going to buy them go with both of them. they're pretty cheap anyway. i would say go with some civic type r cams instead. a little higher lift. my 2 cents...
