Question

starter

i have an 1987 tc that won't start.When I turn the key all I get is a hum.Do I need a new starter are could it be the starter celinoid?

Is the "hum.." coming from the radio or the starter?

all the sound is coming from the starter.Im woundering if its just a blown fuse somewhere?
