Ok so today I got a speeding ticket. I am not worried about the cost of the ticket, but more so the points. I am going to fight it, and hopefully get out. The cop listed my car as grey, it is silver, and also as a SDN, under type, i am assuming that her means sedan. Is a 2 door hatchback considered a sedan? Any tips for when i go to court? Should i even bother fighting this? I live in Pa

Most likely, you can fight it and win, but I'm no judge. Maybe going over to parkingticket.com might help. They/you can probably diagnose it by following the directions and see if it can be fought or not. If not there I am sure you can find a few forums on the net that cater to this sort of problem and would help you.
