hub trouble

alright, 1996 grand am with a 3.1 liter, there is a grinding noise coming from the driver side wheel and i cant figure out why. i replaced the hub assembly, but that only fixed the problem for a couple of days. if anyone knows what else it could be, i will appreciate the help.

Re: hub trouble

Is there any vibration? If so you may want to check the front CV joint. If they are bad they can cause grinding. You did not say if you hear this when braking. If so you may need to replace the pads and the rotor to fix the problem.
