MY fiancee has a 2002 alero and im thinking its the worst production car gm has ever made . Her alero has 37,000 miles on it and so far the power window has been fixed the air conditioning has went out the cruise stopped working the ignition module has went out not once but twice the tire wont hold air the brakes have been changed twice and are shot again already and it just came back from the dealership today after getting the wheel bearings replaced i have always been a die hard GM man but after seeing the problems with this car im starting to wonder what 5 and dime shop put it together.

Re: Alero is junk
haha, my maxima needed both front wheel bearings and both front drive axles replaced after 50k...oh yeah and the driver side window motor died too after about 30k...but yeah, that's not nearly as effed up as your fiancee's alero is.
