please help

i have bad clicking sound coming form the right front wheelwell, both when the car is driving and when pushed on while in park.
i bought this van used and i just used the emergency brake for the first time. this problem only started since i used the brake, noe the parkink brake light comes on briefly when coming to a hard stop or turning sharp corners. does anyone have any ideas.thank you
the van is a 96 plymouth grand voyager.

The wheel noise could also be a bad CV joint (or a wheel bearing).

To test for a bad CV joint, drive car slowly in a full turning circle (left and right) and listen for a clicking noise coming from a wheel. If you have a second person available, have him observe the wheel while you doing this turn. He will be able to see the CV joint "flop around" at the same time he hears the clicking noise.

Might also want to check the brake pads - the light coming on "briefly" could be an indicator of totally worn pads. Although I would concur with the clicking from the CV joint, the turn the corner slowly test will give you that indication, but look at the front pads too.

yogi 123rd is probably right. When the axles start to go, you get the clicking sound. Checkk the CV joints before they get too bad. The longer you wait, the worse it could get.
