Ranger 2000, Hurricane come back

My ford Ranger 2000 was under sea water for 4 hours during hurricane Ivan to the level at the bottom of the head lights. I cleaned and sprayed all the visible wire connectors, under the hood, the dash board and lights including fuse boxes. I replaced oil, oil filter, starter, alternator, spark plugs, batterie and computer.
Question: A) Did I missed any unseen wire connectors located below the head lights level? B) The computer, ordered with vin number came from a dealership (brand new). Does it need additional programmation? C) Upon applying electrical current from the batterie and turning the key, there is a message on the dash board saying Theft, what does it mean? I know that I let it drawn during the hurricane, maybee that is why is turning back on me. This vehicle has manual windows and not many options.

I would appreciate any input. I am also searching for a wiring diagram of that vehicle.

Thanks.
Pierre
