chatter or vib near steering

for a couple months now my truck started a chatter or vib when im in on the gas in drive or reverse its only near the steering coulum well thats what it sounds like its coming from....anyone got any idea???

its only when im on the gas slightly....or coasting and then i hit the gas and it starts back up...

other thing i thought was a flywheel i read in another post but couldnt be...

slip joint on steering shaft looses grease over time. easy to replace ,cost about 80 bucks. have replaced mine twice. feels like tie rod going going bad

is it on the inside or out side of the truck??? and where is it located???

on steering shaft under hood.....part number 89060582
