Coolant Leak

I have notice a slight coolent leak on my 2000 Venture. After further inspection, I see the coolant is seaping around one of the intake manifold bolts. The bolt is the the front left corner near the temp sensor and throttle body cables. I tightened the bolt as much as I could without removing anything. So, the question is, do I need to replace the intake man gasket? I am hoping someone is going to tell me this bolt is one of those you just need to seal, so just remove it, clean, seal and torque to specs.

thanks
