Front and Rear brake pad installation
If anybody is kind enough could somebody post a step-by-step guide to install the front and rear brake pads (pictures would be awesome). I'm too poor to go to a brake shop and have them do it, Thankyou in advance.

Haynes manual has the instructions and photos - can be had at most parts stores for around $15. May also find it at the local library for free.
Might be helpful if you post you year and model. |

hey...
If you never changed them... it is quite easy, however, due to several different styles it might be difficult to explain.... The best way is to buy the Haynes manual it probably isn't even $15, probably less and go that way... Mine had 2 bolts for the caliper bracket and 2 bolts that hold the other piece, (can't remember what it is called), sometimes it is 2 tight and you might have to take the hose and bleed your system when done... If you have over 50, 000 kilometres on your truck and never changed them before... then be prepared to bring out the good ol' propane torch... I sure had to do a lot of "torch'in go'in on"..... anyways, buy the book and good luck....
