92 ford 351 engine swap

hey all I'm new to this so be gentle. I'm changing engines in the church's van any suggestions, help,or warnings would be appreciated. Really interested in how much can be left on and the engine pulled out. Looks like it comes out the front but do I have to remve intake to get it out? Again any help would be great.thanks
