High Idle 2,000 rpms to 4,000 rpms any help please

My car will idle at like 2,000 if im lucky but usually 3-4,000 rpms when i put the clutch in. It willl usually do it if i hit the gas real hard and start to speed up real fast. Then it will almost do it for sure. But other times it wont and will sit on 1,000 right on the nose and sit there. I have replaced the IAC and that did not fix it, i have also changed the tps that did not fix either. ANy help would be great thanks.

Yeah found out that it was only the EGR it was a little loose and caused the vaccum leak. Thanks for the help though.
