How do people get away with selling those gay e-bay chips? Even if they gain you 1/2 a hp... nothing can really be done. This is america, anyone can get away with pretty much everything

Resistors, not capacitors by the way.

If they were capacitors they would pulsate your injectors, like a pulse jet engine kinda. Capcitors are like small batteries. They store energy and don't release it until they are full, and in large bursts with higher currents.
