Re: mmmmmm...wheres my CAS??
If you still have a 95 head then your CAS is behind one of the cam sprockets. It is not visible untill you remove the sprocket (gear, whatever). This is the case only on 95-96 motors from what i know(correct me if im wrong). 90-94 the CAS is on the outside of the valve cover near the TB on the passenger side. I believe mitsu went back to this for the 97-99 4g63's.
CAS location of 90-94, 97-99 motor. Diagram for the non-adjustable 95-96 CAS

Re: mmmmmm...wheres my CAS??
that happened to me once before. everything was workin but no fuel or spark. what happened was that my crank position sensor was busted all to shit. (they're a bitch to get out when broken in the block) but i got it out and replaced it everything was all good.

Let me help. Your center diff is broken in 3 places. Your ECU has bollixed injector drivers. The AC fan is also no good. Time for a new rear end as well. Might as well do a 6 bolt swap while you are in there, since your motor is crankwalked. And dont forget to replace those bad suspension bushings. Fix all that, and replace that broken CAS you found, and there's a pretty good chance the car will run. Fix the damn CAS! If that doesnt do it, THEN look for other possible problems. And for the record, it does in fact bolt into the head, but its irrelevant anyway. Breaking it when removing the cam gears is not uncommon for inexperienced DSMers. Good luck.
