Stalling

I have a 95 integra ls and when I am stopped or start accelerating it tries to stall. It does not do it once I get going just when idling and accerlerating. I was told by a mechanic that it might be a fuel filter, so I changed the inline fuel filter and it still does it. Any suggestions?

It only does it when you press the gas? Or when stoped and when taking off?
Also does it ever stall?

That is correct and no it has never stalled completely.

Does the check engine light ever come on?

Yes it does come on here and there. I had it checked and he said it was the o2 sensor. Would this make it stall?

It could affect it yes. I would start by fixing what you already know is wrong. Then start from there.

Well then I am going to replace my O2 sensor and see if that helps. Thanks for the help.

Well I replaced my O2 sensor and that fixed the check engine light problem but the car still stalls. Any other suggestions?
