Unhappy 95 Altima Won't Start...Plzz Help

My 95 Altima wont start . I drove to my home from work. I ran good. Had no problem. After 1 hr I wanted to go out and tried to start the car. It did not start.Not even a crank of the engine. Battery is good. I can turn on the lights. The brake pedal is Jammed and does not go down even if I stand on it. Can anyone help me on this one? Wha t might be the problem???

well if you still dont have it running.....check the button on the side of the shifter...it might be jammed.....that works with the brake pedal.
it might be half way in gear.

If the shifter were jammed so as to prevent the car from starting, chances are the car would also roll away.

I would say starter if nothing is cranking.

The brake pedal is jammed because you pressed on it causing the fluid to build up in the lines without running the car the system cant relieve itself of the pressure. Start checking the basics but it still sounds like the stater if you are getting only a clicking sound or maybe the battery terminals or cables are rotted or not properly connected.
