replacing VCR with DVD

Hello,
Does anyone know what the procedure is in removing the VCR from the casing. I didn't see any visible screws and I want to swap the unit with a DVD. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Is it located right below the Climate control, right above the big bin on the floor? If so, this is were I installed my aftermarket DVD player.

To get it out open the lowest bin in the back is two screws, remove these screws and the whole thing slides straigh out. This should give you the access you need.
