help 1st piston is out
I plugged in an ecu I bought off of ebay, it burnt my alternator fuse don't know how but now im running on only 3 cylinder. Where do I start looking to fix this? How do I fxis this? Is there away?

oh god I can't believe you bought one of those ebay chips. Start with your sparkplug and sparkplug wire for that cylinder.

If you still have a problem, see below. Possible injector problem.. To check the injector, take a long metal rod (perhaps a long screw driver) and place it on the injector itself (metal to metal)... if you hear it clicking, the injector is working properly (compare with the other injectors for any apparent problems)... if the injector is working, make sure it's getting fuel.

You might want to check the following areas!
Fuel injector clogging, fuel leakage, air leakage . Fuel injector circuit open or shorted . Spark plug carbon deposits, fouling, malfunction . lgnition wires open. leaking . Distributor malfunction . ComDression low . Valve clearance out of spec . VTEC system malfunction (D16Y5, D16Y8. 81642 engine) . HO2S . HO2S circuit Good Luck |
