oh god I can't believe you bought one of those ebay chips. Start with your sparkplug and sparkplug wire for that cylinder.

Take out your 'ebay' ecu... find your old ecu... plug it back in... fix any other problems you may have caused... learn to research things a little better..... done.

Check all your ignition components to the problem cylinder... if need be, replace your plugs (use NGK plugs, like you're supposed to), plug wires, rotor, and distributor cap...

If you still have a problem, see below.

Possible injector problem..
To check the injector, take a long metal rod (perhaps a long screw driver) and place it on the injector itself (metal to metal)... if you hear it clicking, the injector is working properly (compare with the other injectors for any apparent problems)... if the injector is working, make sure it's getting fuel.

You might want to check the following areas!

Fuel injector clogging, fuel leakage, air leakage
. Fuel injector circuit open or shorted
. Spark plug carbon deposits, fouling, malfunction
. lgnition wires open. leaking
. Distributor malfunction
. ComDression low
. Valve clearance out of spec
. VTEC system malfunction (D16Y5, D16Y8. 81642 engine)
. HO2S
. HO2S circuit

Good Luck
