Keyless Entry Programming For 2001 Cavi
The remote for my car stopped working and it wasn't the battery..I am planning to buy a new one and was curious if someone could inform me how to program it..Thanks

Also, I don't have any other remotes to worry about deleting, so do i still need to go to the dealer so they can use the Tech 2?

I had the same problem when I bought my cavy a while back, yeah I had to take it in to have them reprogram my remote control. The resetting trick didn't work and I changed the battery too. Took it in and I got charged 34 bucks for a job that took half an hour. sheesh I got shafted I think. But what other way is there around it?

Update..I went to the Chevrolet Dealership..40 bucks and half an hour without my car...Forget that. I'll just use the key.
