i need someone to walk me through changing the alternator on my '87 honda accord. never done one before and not sure how to do it.

You might (not positive) have to remove your airbox to get to the alternator. But basically loosen the bottom bolt, then wiggle the alternator so you can loosen the belt, take it off, undo the clip and the bolt that holds the power wire to the alternator and your done. Shouldnt take you too long once you get goin, have some confidence and good luck.
