a/c and electric issue

'98 Cherokee Limited, has two problems the a/c has started blowing hot air. went to jiffy lube and had all liquids checked and replaced still getting hot air

my airbag and check engine lights come on intermittantly. the gauges all go off and then come on (they have a mind of their own). fuses all look ok

what are my options? is the one issue being caused by another?
