modding an F150

my friend is getting an F150 soon, and i decided to do some research for him. its hard to find stuff online, but i was wondering, what can you do to increase the power on this car? does anyone know of some good sights with information? thanx

its a gift from his father. do people really mod pick up trucks? just driving next to them on the highway i can tell they have real powerful engines

tons of crap to do on trucks.
Cat-back
headers
cold air intake
do bolt on stuff like that. Those are good starts.
