Ls gear ratios?
Does anyone know the Gear ratios, and the size of the valves on a 95 integra b18b1 ls engine and tranny? DO you know where to find that technical info? thanks

www.vtec.net has a huge performance faq that lists the gear ratios of ls, gs-r and itr trannys. dont know about the valve sizes.

wow, i thought the gearing was closer spaced and shorter than that (its not anywhere near as bad as a civic though)
thats pretty far spread and long gearing compared to the 86-89 integras 86-87: 1 - 3.181 2 - 1.944 3 - 1.347 4 - 1.033 5 - 0.848 R - 3.000 FD - 4.216 88-89: 1 - 3.181 2 - 1.944 3 - 1.347 4 - 1.033 5 - 0.823 R - 3.000 FD - 4.216 dont ask me about the auto gears.. dont know, dont care

Yea, those longer gears on the LS are another reason people say it is more favorable for F/I setups. A lot of people who turbo B18C's (Which have sorter gearing) swap in LS tannys...
