Unhappy 94 bonneville

ok just go the car and had to have car lot pu ton a new gas tank now the service engine soon light comes on they had it no ligh ti get it light comes abck on also when starting on cold morning oil gauge goes up to 120 then when you step on the gas. ok also just heard this yesterday. when makeing a right hand turn hear a slight clunck in the fron wheel could this be cv joint or ball joints? could it be a bad oil pump. rest of car is fine ohh another thing radio wont work if I hit the recall butoon the clock will light up but wont stay on any help here need radio. ok i guess that is all for now.
spec on car are
6cyl
91150 miles
traction control
car is a 1994
I think that is it.
any help please have to wait dealer is out until Friday had family issues.

get the codes tested at your local parts shop i.e. Advanced Auto, Auto Zone, NAPA... Almost guaranteed to be free. That will tell you why your SES light is on. As for the knocking... Sounds to me like a ball joint. If you think it is the CV joint, turn your tires all of the way to the right and look behind your left tire, is the boot ripped? Is there grease all over your front end parts? Do the same to the right side (turning your wheels the other way).

also, your oil gague should jump up when you step on the throttle... I wouldn't worry about the oil pressure unless its in the red zone or your "burrying' the oil pressure needle!

also if you think it is a ball joint...turn the wheels and look at them. Do they look like they have popped out of where there seated??? Grab on to one of them. Try to wiggle it. If it dosent move and looks correctly seated, i would guess CV joint. Does the car sound like it is grinding while driving???
