here in NYS in their infinite wisdom have now instuted a computer system to inspect M/V through a central mainframe computer.
Now and M/V more than 2 years old has to have an engine diagnostic check done, Pass of fail, Thats it!

I have a persistant CHECK ENGINE LIGHT on.
have replaced the O2 censors with no results.

any thought what this might be caused by?

You can have the code numbers read at most Autozone or Advanced Auto stores for free. That will save alot of guesswork.
