Squeaky Windows !!!! HELP

I have a 95 LS 4-door & my front windows squeak really loudly sometimes. Sometimes when wet, sometimes when dry. No pin point on what causes it. Anyone have any ideas ? I thought about lubing the seals @ the top of the door. But if so, w/ what everything I can think of using will just smear the windows all nasty for a long time. Any info would be appreciated. Try lubricating the arms inside the door that move the window up and down.
