ok, i just got this new stereo and i got the wiring harness for my car but im getting no power or anything to the new stereo and there are still cords that dont connect to the harness left over, but now when i try to put the factory back in, it doesnt get power either, and i already replaced the fuse, so whats wrong, why cant i get the radio installed and working? please help!!!

You might try asking this question @ www.clubgp.com you will need to join, but they have a great Car Audio section or you could try doing a search there and see if you come up with anything.

did you replace the courtesy fuse. that will cause it not to have power as well.

does your front door grilles say bose on them. If they do it means that you have premium sound with a factory amp. If they do have bose it means that you need to by a part to interface with your factory amp and aftermarket cd player by the sounds of it you do have a factory amp and blew it
