mini-me motor??

i was wanting to know what goes into the mini-me motor??

i know there is a link for it under the links tab on the 4genrationciviv website but the site is down. is it worth it and how many horses do you get when its done?? also you use the d15 motor right??

ya the mini-me swap i would say is a good swap to do to ur dx or whcihever im doin it to my dx this weekend ,u need the manifold,ecu,vtec head,injectors an wutnot,and the resistor box,its kinda simple if u no wut ur doin, just type in mini-me in the searck this forum an it will givve u a buncha' links.. good luck..get back to us

I think you may wanna swap that out to a 5 speed also.

Actually he just needs the head and something to activate vtec. If you have a dx though you should do the head swap at the same time. One thing you should look at also is the price of the mini-me and the price of a swap. I found several D16Y8 (SOHC Vtec) engines here in the local junk yards for 300-400 for the whole motor (minus tranny). The ecu would be like another $75 from them but you could get one cheaper if you look around.
