240sx the new civic…

I had it with Honda ricers, everyone of them who used to own a civic with altaza lights is now getting a 240. last night, when we where going to Long Beach we stopped by 76 to get gas. We where 7 cars total, (4X240 , 3X86) when a DUDE pulls by us and asks if we are drifters. He said that he owned civic and now he wants a RWD car so he can drift.
He looks at our cars and asked many dumb Q such as do u have skyline motor in? I want the SR because its cooool…

Anyways a highway patrol cars parks by us, and the cops go inside the mini market. In the mean time the DUDE in his stock 89 240 gets in his car and drives out, but not before dumping the clutch and doing a one wheel burn out!
Yes the cops heard it and yes, they chase him.

This is the moral of the story, 2 years from now all cops EVERYWHERE will have there eyes and ear out for 240 sx owners. Before u know it a hand books will be provided to local cops with the info about 240 and the illegal swaps and Ts.

All of that is dud to people like “DUDE” who buy a 240 and swap “whatever” in it and get pulled over for stupid reasons. D1 and magazines such as SS, due contribute allot to the madness, but it’s the owners who are responsible, and ricers are not very responsible!

I don’t know, I might sell my car in 2 years and get something else. Knowing that everyone in the getto and in the station knows about 240 and SR, makes my daily driving more and more uncomfortable. I don’t what to get pulled over and have my car taken away, I don’t do anything stupid on the streets but cops will catch-up to the SR thing thanks to RICERS…

isnt that teh same with all cars???? You can get by with an sr. OR DONT GET A FUCKING SR. 240 are not even close to the new civics....why?.....because there's not that much of them out there!!!!!!! Dont worry dude, or just sell your car now and get out of the scene. Plus what else would you buy??? 240sx is the cheapest performer out there.

I know, I love my SR and my 240. I obey traffic rules but it’s always in my mined when I see a petrol car.

I don't want to sell my car, but if it comes to it, I would buy a FC. It has T stock and not many people have it...

Till then, I will still dive my beloved 240 and keep the look stock.

Take it as a complement that someone gives a shit about your car. We've all been though our ricey stage, even Domesic owners at one point in their car career thought some 350ci POS was cool because it had chrome caps and a K&N.

i think i'll be selling my 240 in a couple of years and get a truck or somethin.. i won't want to be spending a lot of money on a car like this when i have rent and food and a girlfriend.. i'll have gotten good use and good times out of my car by two years from now i'm sure

I don't think the 240 will ever be a "Civic" just because there aren't that many out there. As long as we all keep buying these cars and loving them, then no ricers should be able to get their hands on them! There are a couple ricey 240's in my town...it makes me sick...especially since those are virtually the ONLY 240's in town...

even if there was a number 3....theres not many 240's out there so we still wouldnt be screwed. I mean civics are still made to this date so there is an endless suppy of the rice mobile. Dont fucking worry about a 240 becoming the next civic.....as long as you do yours up right whats it matter??? and its impossible.

i can sort of see AWD's point on this whole thing. ok, lets take your average ignorant muscle car guy and tell him you have a japanesse sports car. whats the first thing he's gonna think of? a civic more than likely. i hate the way civic owners have polluted the way people think of japanese cars, it sucks ass. i mean, people have told me my car is ricey and all i have are smoked taillights, and i'm what the fuuuck?!?!?!

but then if you look at the other side of it, there are some badass civics out there. most of race-prepped though, so i can't give civics too many props, lol. i did see a RWD civic on ebay a few days ago, and yea it definitely had a rwd conversion. what i'm trying to say is, every car model has their bad apples, so don't let a few fuck ups ruin it for you. eclipse's are extremely riced out these days, but you don't see me bitchin about it, i bitch about mine cuz its slow as balls, lol. i did beat a crx and a stratus last night, at the same time! hah, yay me and my 140horses.....
