Andrea Yates case: charge husband Russell?
 I think he should be charged with neglect or something. The guy is a loon. The grandma said he never changed a diaper - ever. All he ever did was keep his wife pregnant and pay the bills.

As far as I know,being a crap husband is not a crime,and he played no part whatsoever in the acts of murder.If anyone were to try to indict him,any half-trained traffic lawyer could blow the prosecution case to pieces berfore lunch on the first day of the trial.
